You can either call and please don’t be afraid to leave a message if it goes into answer phone, as I will probably be with a client. But my phone doesn’t leave my side and I will contact you as soon as I can. Or if you prefer, you could email me with your contact details and I will contact you using your preferred method of communication as soon as I can.

We will then arrange a convenient time and day for you to come and meet me. This session will be an assessment session – designed for you to find out about how I work and what counselling involves. I will use this time to find out more about you and what has brought you to counselling. Counselling is not just about listening and hearing, to be a success, you must feel comfortable with your therapist.

If you decide that you would like to work with me then we will arrange our first session to suit you.
